CONVERSION & SETUP
We can help you get started, whether you are transitioning from another system and need help converting, or just starting out and need some assistance with setting your file up. We have experience converting from many accounting, point-of-sale, and inventory systems, such as Sage, MAS, Peachtree, Quicken, Microsoft, etc.
It is important to get your system set up right from the beginning. Setting up a good Chart of Accounts, adding Items for inventory or invoicing, attaching bank and credit card accounts for online interface correctly can make a world of difference in how well the system performs for you, and how much time you avoid spending by having to correct and re-enter your transactions.
We are able to add to QuickBooks transactions and history from your previous system(s) and be sure that everything reconciles and balances out painlessly.
TRAINING
We provided a full range of training services, from indvidualized, one-on-one sessions to classroom instruction for large groups.
